Your guide, Robert Wheeler, lives in New Castle, New Hampshire with his wife, Meme, and his two daughters, Emma and Helen. Robert has studied the life and work of Ernest Hemingway for over twenty years and is a member of the Ernest Hemingway Collection at the John F. Kennedy Library in Boston, Massachusetts. Robert currently teaches writing at Southern New Hampshire University where he was awarded the university's Excellence in Teaching award for 2006. Having led groups through Hemingway’s Paris for the past four years, Robert has also visited Key West, Cuba, Spain, Africa, and Hemingway’s birthplace in Oak Park, Illinois. Robert welcomes you to a trip through the charming streets of Paris filled with lively conversation both about the work and about the place that shaped the young Ernest Hemingway. |
